Sony Pictures, at time of going to press, is close to inking a deal on buying from AEG Live the film of Michael Jackson’s This Is It tour rehearsals for $60 million. Release date is set at Halloween week, Oct. 30. The money will be split 90% to the Jackson estate, remaining 10% to AEG Live.
