In the 2009 MTV Video Music Awards, the most nominations go to Beyonce and Lady GaGa.
This year’s show is to be held at Radio City Music Hall in New York City on September 13, and hosted for the second time by English comedian Russell Brand.
Expected to perform live on the night are Green Day, Pink, Taylor Swift, and Muse.
