Nicole Alvarez, 27, girlfriend of Michael Jackson’s former personal physician Dr. Conrad Murray, has been subpoenaed to testify before an “investigative grand jury” in Los Angeles on Wednesday.

Joseph Low, Alvarez’s attorney, says she is cooperating with law enforcement, but added that the court has refused to disclose what case she is required to give testament on, or what subjects are to be addressed, or even confirm the legitimacy of the subpoena which was unsigned and undated.

Police, using a search warrant, removed from her property on August 13, 2009, a business card with Murray’s name on it, a piece of paper, a receipt, and a medical invoice.

Alvaraz of Santa Monica, California, is mother of Murray’s seventh child, named Che Giovanni, born March 2009.

Murray has a litany of disciplinary actions taken against him, and is central focus of the police investigation into the homicide of the King of Pop.
