The New York medical examiner’s office ruled today that DJ AM (AKA Adam Goldstein) 36, died accidentally from a lethal cocktail of prescription drugs and cocaine.
The toxicology report revealed he had the following drugs in his system: cocaine, OxyContin, Hydrocodone or Vicodin, Xanax, Ativan, Klonopin, Benadryl, and Levamisole. A crack pipe also lay beside his corpse.
