King of Pop‘s Jackson 5 brother Jermaine Jackson is leaping further inside the MJ bandwagon by agreeing to be a judge on reality TV talent show “Move Like Michael Jackson.”
The six-part dance series will air later this year on Britain‘s BBC Three, and will feature dancers selected from auditions held during October. Producers will search the UK for people “with the showmanship and technical ability of the great man.” Jackson said:
“I’m really excited and delighted to be part of this show and look forward to finding the UK’s most talented and inspiring dancers.”
Commissioning executive editor Karl Warner said:
“We want to hear from anyone who’s ever been inspired by the Moonwalk, the Smooth Criminal lean, or the crotch grab, and find out if they can move like Michael Jackson.”
Digital Cheeseburger says: The dancers may be grabbing their crotches, but Jermaine’s grabbing opportunism out of television executives exploitation of a tragic death of a tragic icon.
