Weeks before his death from a drug-cocktail overdose, celebrity disc jockey DJ AM, 36, (AKA Adam Goldstein) was filming a drug addiction intervention reality TV show, “Gone Too Far,” for MTV. The eight-part series is set to premiere at 10 p.m. Monday.
