Family court has recommended that the late Michael Jackson‘s private physician be subject of an arrest warrant pertaining to his failure to appear at a hearing in his child support case, brought by his first wife, Nenita Malibiran, who’s owed over $13,000 for their son. Court records show that Murray failed to pay child support to his son for eight years, 1999-2007.
Murray has previously been twice arrested for unpaid child support, and once in 1994 for domestic violence. The mugshot above right is from that arrest, for which he was later acquitted.
He is currently under investigation for the homicide of the King of Pop, who died on June 25 from Propofol administered by Murray to the star.
