As if to underscore Jon Gosselin‘s downward spiral since separating from wife, Kate Gosselin, and his very public dating of 20-something blondes, the producers, TLC, of reality TV show “Jon & Kate Plus 8” have slapped a lawsuit on the show’s star for breach of contract, and is seeking unspecified compensatory damages and demanding he return income gained as a result of his breaches of the agreement.
In a statement issued today, TLC said:
“The network has been trying privately and patiently for months to get Jon to honor the contract he signed and to comply with his obligations relating to public appearances and statements. Those efforts have been unsuccessful.”
