As we reported and surmised earlier, the runaway Mylar balloon incident that captured the attention of the world, since a 6 year-old boy, Falcon Heene, was said to be aboard as it soared across Colorado reaching heights close to 10,000 feet, was all just a publicity stunt.
Larimer County Sheriff James Alderden said charges could include two felonies and a misdemeanor.
