Convicted girl-beater and rapper, Chris Brown is set to release a new CD “Graffiti” on December 15. First single from it, “I Can Transform Ya,” features rappers Lil Wayne and Swizz Beatz.
Brown is currently serving five years probation, six months of community labor, and a year’s domestic violence counseling following his guilty plea to the charge of felony assault against then-girlfriend, R&B singer Rihanna.
