“National Velvet” actress and longtime friend of Michael Jackson, Dame Elizabeth Taylor, tweeted twenty-plus times on her Twitter page of her love of the King of Pop’s movie, “This Is It,” due out in theaters worldwide Oct. 28, saying it is “the single most brilliant piece of filmmaking” she has ever seen, adding that fans should see it “again and again.”

Other tweets included:

“[The film] cements forever Michael’s genius in every aspect of creativity.”

“I truly believe this film should be nominated in every category conceivable.”

“Memorize it and say to yourselves, ‘I saw genius in my lifetime.’”

“[Film shows MJ as a] “modern day prophet.”

Digital Cheeseburger is a little taken aback at Liz’s completely over-the-top evangelical reaction to this docu-flick of what is, after all the hype and pomp, just footage of rehearsals. Ah well, at least the Sony Corp., AEG Live, and the Michael Jackson Estate will be rejoicing this Hollywood legend’s hoopla.
