Alcoholic celebrity judge on NBC TV’s “America’s Got Talent” and star actor on “Baywatch,” David Hasselhoff, 57, was transported from his Encino, California, home to Los Angeles‘ Cedars-Sinai Medical Center by ambulance on Friday, Nov. 27, 2009, after suffering a seizure following an alleged two-day drinking binge.

Hasselhoff entered rehab in October, 2009, after allegedly striking a doctor during a booze binge. On another two occasions in 2009 he has been admitted to hospital for alcohol poisoning treatment.
