Though she’ll be tested for drugs, the report lists several approved prescription meds including powerful painkiller Dilaudid.

Lindsay Lohan’s father, Michael Lohan, has made several public pleas about his daughter in the past few weeks, including an open letter in court on Tuesday where he begged the judge in her probation case to get Lindsay the help she needs to avoid having her become “the next Hollywood statistic.”
He specifically asked that Lohan’s prescription drug use be “carefully monitored” via random drug testing, because otherwise “Lindsay may use that loophole to become intoxicated and pose a danger to herself and others.” Now, as the troubled actress prepares to report to jail on July 20 for a 90-day sentence in connection with a probation violation from a pair of 2007 DUI cases, TMZ is reporting that her probation officer’s report lists five powerful prescription drugs that Lohan is allowed to take.
According to a copy of the report obtained by the site, Lohan — who has been in rehab several times to deal with drug and alcohol issues — is cleared to take the antidepressants Zoloft and Trazodone; Adderall, a stimulant used to control ADHD; the acid reflux medicine Nexium and the very powerful painkiller Dilaudid, a drug that has been compared to heroin but which she was originally prescribed after wisdom tooth surgery several months ago.
People magazine reports that Superior Court Judge Marsha Revel’s sentencing order in Lohan’s probation violation case reveals that the actress will be randomly tested for drugs and alcohol for a year after her incarceration, until August 2011. But positive tests for the drugs that the court has approved are not considered violations.
According to the document TMZ obtained, on May 27, Lohan tested positive for amphetamines, but it was not considered a violation because of the Adderall prescription. She also tested positive for amphetamines and opiates on June 2 and June 7, but that was also not a violation because of the Adderall and Dilaudid prescriptions. June 16 and June 24 tests also turned up positive for amphetamines; results of a June 30 test were not yet available.
“The defendant has reported for supervision as instructed, and her attitude has been positive,” the report noted. “She has been cooperative with probation officer, as she has provided medical proof for her prescription drugs and submitted to drug tests when required. … The defendant indicates she has been on the same prescription medication for as long as she can remember. She states that she wants to move on with her life and feels that she has done everything that the court has asked her to do.”
Also on Wednesday, unnamed sources reportedly connected with Lohan’s case told TMZ that the actress allegedly placed a foreign object between her skin and her SCRAM bracelet twice to obstruct an alcohol reading.
One of those alleged tampering incidents is said to have happened on the night of the MTV Movie Awards, when the SCRAM bracelet registered a blood-alcohol level of more than .03. According to TMZ, Lohan allegedly tampered with the device that night to block the reading and then tried obstructing it again several days later as evidenced by SCRAM data that “clearly” revealed two tampering attempts.
Lohan’s lawyer, Shawn Chapman Holley, however, reportedly denied the allegations. “Lindsay adamantly denies tampering with the device,” she said. “There are a number of people who were with her who could attest to the fact that she never tampered with her bracelet and there are well-documented problems with the SCRAM bracelet and the accuracy of its readings.”
