In true asinine soap opera style, Glassman alleges Gosselin of being a Jekyll & Hyde who verbally abuses her, lies chronically, and she still loves him. Gosselin reacted by seeking out spiritual counsel from Rabbi Shmuley Boteach. Oye vey!

In a gut-wrenching, stomach-churning, pre-Halloween nightmarish scenario, Octomom Nadya Suleman confessed to having a crush on Octodad Jon Gosselin of TLC‘s former “Jon & Kate Plus 8,” now shortened to “Kate Plus 8” to exclude Kate’s estranged husband. Suleman is quoted as saying:

“I kind of have a crush on Jon Gosselin. I think he’s hot.”

Cripes, just imagine if those two attention fanatics actually got together – Jon & Nadya Plus 22 (she’s got a brood of 14, and he’s got 8.)

As if to underscore Jon Gosselin‘s downward spiral since separating from wife, Kate Gosselin, and his very public dating of 20-something blondes, the producers, TLC, of reality TV show “Jon & Kate Plus 8” have slapped a lawsuit on the show’s star for breach of contract, and is seeking unspecified compensatory damages and demanding he return income gained as a result of his breaches of the agreement.

In a statement issued today, TLC said:

“The network has been trying privately and patiently for months to get Jon to honor the contract he signed and to comply with his obligations relating to public appearances and statements. Those efforts have been unsuccessful.”

Judge Arthur Tilson of Montgomery Court, Pennsylvania, today ruled in favor of Kate Gosselin, 34, from TLC‘s reality TV show “Jon & Kate Plus 8,” and ordered her estranged husband, Jon Gosselin, 32, to return $180,000 from the $232,000 he swiped from their joint bank account. He has until Oct. 26 to comply, at which time Kate has to file her accounting of past expenses with the court for auditing purposes.

Kate’s lawyer Mark Momjian insists:

“The remaining sum of $55,000, which Ms. Gosselin used for household bills and expenses relating to the children, will be subject to further determination by the arbitrator at a later date.”

However, Jon’s attorney Mark Heller, rebukes Momjian’s statement regarding Kate spending the $55,000 on family expenses:

“…mischaracterizes the facts and fails to address … that there has been no determination or proof…. Nor has there been a determination concerning the hundreds of thousands of dollars that Kate has failed to account for in violation of the arbitrator’s order. It may very well be determined that very substantial sums of money which Kate has failed to account for might have been misapplied and misused by Kate. As of now, Jon Gosselin chooses to give Kate the benefit of doubt, but we are all anxiously awaiting her compliance.”

A relieved Kate said:

“As difficult as this has been for me, I am pleased that the court has ruled fairly on behalf of myself and my children. Now that this matter has been ruled on, I look forward to returning to private arbitration, as we have agreed to do, to resolve any remaining issues.”

Should plundering Jon not pay back the loot, the judge will haul him back into court on contempt charges.

Digital Cheeseburger, apart from yawning over it all, is yearning for the untalented, unskilled Gosselin duo to find a way of making bucks, other than having the media pay for their fabricated dirty laundry.

Kate Gosselin had a change of heart and allowed estranged husband, Jon Gosselin, to stay on after twins Mady and Cara‘s 9th birthday party until the kids’ bedtime. She originally planned to boot him immediately following the party’s end.

Octodad showed up at the Pennsylvania house, where he and the wife swap parenting time, with a vanilla cake from Cupcake Cafe in New York City, however Mady’s name in icing was misspelled with two d’s.

Jon Gosselin of TLC‘s reality TV show formerly known as “Jon & Kate Plus 8,” now retitled since his firing as “Kate Plus 8,” said of his wife, Kate Gosselin‘s appearance in a comedy skit on “The Jay Leno Show,” where she played mom to pretend paparazzi:

“It’s messed up, the timing … What she does on TV, that’s her career. I’m happy for her career. I hope she can be happy for my career [and] we can have a career on TV, kind of together, but our kids will come off.”

Kate Gosselin has put estranged husband Jon Gosselin on restricted time, 4 p.m. to 6 p.m., for attending their twin daughters’, Cara and Mady, birthday party at their Pennsylvania home this coming Thursday.

While in New York City, Jon received the email from Kate today outlining her demands regarding the forthcoming party, it read:

“Due to recent events, it will be too stressful to the kids to have both of us here as planned. I would like to split the evening so they can see us both.”

HLN‘s true-crime show host Nancy Grace went on an all-out verbal assault against TLC‘s reality show star of “Jon & Kate Plus 8” during Monday’s “The Insider.” She berated Jon Gosselin for being self-absorbed, lashed out at him for dating a 22 year-old, condemned him for not working on his marriage, and swiped at his attorney for answering on Jon’s behalf.
