Colony Capital, co-owner of Michael Jackson‘s Neverland Ranch, has withdrawn its successful previous application for a slew of trademarks on the ranch that ominously precursored its fall into a Graceland-style theme park for the King of Pop‘s fans to blow their bucks at.

Sources say the trademark applications will be transferred to the Jackson Estate, whose executors, John Branca and John McClain, feverishly labor at protecting the Michael Jackson name and likeness. So, Digital Cheeseburger doesn’t expect anytime soon to witness “Neverland, The Tourist Trap” with death-ray toy guns on sale, alongside “Thriller” thongs, “Beat It” nunchucks, or “Gone Too Soon” snow globes depicting MJ at the Pearly Gates!

Below are the trademarks Colony Capital filed application for in August, 2009, under “Neverland Ranch” and “Neverland Valley Ranch“:
